How do I redirect customers to custom URLs?

Using answer's "Custom redirect URL" option

If customers select the answer with a redirect URL they will be redirected to that URL, but only after finishing the Quiz, not immediately.

If you want to redirect immediately, then enable this feature on the Settings page > General tab > Advanced section:
